local cuisine good experience walking distance convenient access helpful hosts unclear check-in noisy room improper windows
the hosts were very helpful. the riad was located within walking distance from the medina, very convenient.
The check in process was unclear. I had to wait. the rooms were noisy, without proper windows. i could hear everyone walking outside.

friendly personnel professional management comfortable stay
the personnel were friendly and professional with great management. hamza and the cook. i felt very welcomed..
the sound of morning prayers was quite loud between 5am and 7am. it was a slight disturbance.

friendly staff terrace breakfast spacious room
The staff was friendly and always willing to help, I really appreciated this. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, it was beautifully decorated! Our room was spacious and clean. I liked that it was cleaned daily.
The call to prayer in the morning was quite loud. It started very early.

adequate stay with some downsides
inaccurate photos questionable cleanliness
the location was convenient for exploring the city center, it helped me to get around easily.
i booked a suite and received a standard room. the photos and advertised size were inaccurate also hot water took a long time to come through the tap plus the cleanliness of the sheets and towels was questionable

helpful staff excellent location tea service tacky decor old towels weak air conditioning
I was offered tea upon arrival. Moha was VERY helpful . The location was excellent, close to El Badi Palace and Bahia Palace.
The room decor felt a little tacky to me. The towels in the bathroom seemed old. The air conditioning WAS weak and made it hard to sleep because of the heat.
