I found the bedding to be of great quality. The location of the hotel is very convenient. A pleasant walk to the medina is possible (i enjoyed it!).

I found the desk staff looked a bit stressed. It seemed they were unable to be as helpful as i hoped.

The location was very convenient near many restaurants. The staff were excellent and always helpful. I especially thank hakima in customer relations. She welcomed me warmly with Moroccan tea.

the elevators were quite tiny and the lighting seemed faulty. The pool area was mostly shaded, which limited sun exposure. There was no information sheet in the room detailing all hotel services.

the hotel looked great at first, but some things really let it down. my room overlooked the street and the noise was constant. sleep became a luxury i couldn't afford. also, i noticed that the staff seemed more interested in getting good reviews than actually providing good service. being asked to leave a positive comment before i'd even seen my room felt insincere. i expected more.
