romantic getaway near san marco
convenient access complimentary transport local craftsmanship
the hotel sits just a short walk from st mark's square allowing convenient access to main attractions. i appreciated that the hotel arranged complimentary transport to murano island including entry to a glass factory. the location is ideal for exploring the area and experiencing local craftsmanship the service to murano was especially a treat to see amazing glass art.
during my stay i noticed the breakfast area felt somewhat cramped given the hotel's size which caused some crowding. the limited space made it slightly challenging to enjoy breakfast comfortably and find seating promptly.

the front desk staff was helpful in arranging water taxi services directly from the hotel ensuring convenient transportation for my luggage. they also provided detailed directions to nearby attractions and offered recommendations for local restaurants. i found this service very helpful.

faulty air conditioning limited breakfast variety
the location was quite central to the things i wanted to see. i walked to most places without issue.
the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. no matter what temperature i set, it stayed at the same level. the breakfast felt limited with not much variety, which i found disappointing for the price.

central location, great experience
central location positive reply holiday requests
i found the location great, near the basilica san marco. i was pleased with the quick and positive replies from the hotel staff. i had made several pre holiday requests for restaurant table bookings. a rear door provides water taxi entry.
The breakfast room felt small given the number of people. i thought there was limited organization for finding a table. it required waiting. I hope this changes

The hotel is near st marks square. It is a short walk. i found vaporetto water bus and alilaguna airport water bus stop close. a traghetti cross canal ferry station is also convenient.
