i found the staff very helpful and they accommodated all my needs. they arranged reservations at a delicious nearby restaurant. they even secured an entrance to a rooftop with great views. our suite was beautifully decorated with red hearts and a bottle of bubbly with chocolates to celebrate our anniversary.
i found that the ladies at the front reception had zero hospitality. they were not even smiling at guests. the room i had was very small for the price i paid. i expected a bit more in terms of size and service.
