dusty bathroompoor taxi service
The room I had was not as clean as I expect. I saw some dust in the bathroom. Calling for a taxi proved difficult. The reception staff seemed too busy to assist and provided a number for me to call myself. This felt impersonal! I would have appreciated more direct assistance in arranging transportation instead of doing it on my own.

amazing selectionattentive serverslow staffhot water
The breakfast room was lovely. It had an amazing selection and an attentive server. The location was great for exploring the Lough Derg.
Bar staff seemed slow despite being very nice. The hotel ran out of hot water for showers. I received an apology from reception, however, no discount were offered.
