I had a very smooth check in process, and johanna was very friendly. the location is close to the beach (that's always a plus!). the pool seemed great for kids. I saw many families.
i found that most of the staff were not very friendly. they also seemed to have poor english skills. i tried to ask for a late check out but the receptionist hung up (can you believe it?)

I loved the great location near the fanabe strip. It made exploring so easy. the main entrance opens right onto a lively street. la tosca italian restaurant has direct access! it was handy. two pools were available.

my room was cleaned daily and i received fresh towels. i found the location convenient because the beach was just a short walk away. there were shops and restaurants nearby, which gave me options for dining and shopping. the staff at reception was always helpful and available to answer my questions.

few optionsinadequate soundproofing
the service felt impersonal. during my stay, i found that the breakfast buffet was consistently underwhelming with few options. the room lacked adequate soundproofing and noise from nearby rooms disrupted sleep i think they can improve some aspects.
