the apartment was spacious! it had a comfortable bed. the breakfast had a good choice of items. the happy hour offer was nice!

The jacuzzi in the room was quite a tease. It is unusable because filling it with hot water is impossible. i guess they thought lovely showers would make up for it but seriously. also, finding a parking spot resembled a treasure hunt, with about eight spaces for the entire hotel. the rest were down a hill. It was less than ideal.

i thought the staff were great, always ready to assist. i found the rooms decent sized and super clean. the balconies are big, offering sea views. the pool area is nice, and the pool bar food is tasty.
i did notice the location is up a steep hill, taxis help though.

the hotel features a well maintained common area with a swimming pool, a kids pool, and a bar and restaurant, so families have different spaces. there is also a mini supermarket on-site, with opening hours between 09:00 and 14:00. apartments include all needed facilities.

The hotel provides half board, with the evening meal offering a choice from a restaurant menu of two courses out of three. The food was gorgeous. musicians play each night while people dine creating a perfect ambience, , made our dinner special. the staff are amazing, and the team works fantastically.

Siam park is very close to the hotel, so its easy to access. I could go on foot to the park, that makes things easier. the hotel is also very accessible from the bus station that avoids using many taxis. the views from the hotel every morning and night were great too.

the apartments have big balconies with sun loungers and seating. the kitchens have a big fridge with a freezer. the apartments were cleaned and well equipped, and i found it practical. the apartment offers a sea view that makes it special too.

the apartment was super spacious with comfy beds and two bathrooms, great! we also had a really big terrace with views that were amazing plus the lifts made getting to our rooms easy. the staff were so polite and helpful and free parking was a big plus, i loved it.
the breakfasts are exactly the same EVERY single DAY!!! there was not much variety of food, which got boring after a while.

The apartment featured two bathrooms and comfy beds and provided ample space for our family, it also had a generously sized terrace with beautiful panoramic views. Lifts were convenient for accessing rooms.

The hotel provided free parking which i found helpful and polite staff members readily assisted with inquiries and directions. The pools were clean, though they could get a bit crowded during peak hours. The area was quiet!

the restaurant had live acts nightly. amar (a staff member) danced with guests. the courtesy shower room proved very helpful post-checkout before our flights. i am already looking into a return visit.
i wished our room was cleaned mid-stay (since we stayed less than 7 days). also, activities for toddlers were very limited, and the open space lacked baby-friendly features.

some disappointments
constant noiseheadrests cleaning
the noise was a problem early each morning, starting around 8am. i heard trolleys constantly being wheeled around. this banging was far from ideal. also, someone had to enter our apartment at 10am every day to supposedly clean the jacuzzi. they only wiped the headrests, pointless. we weren't told about this when we booked. it felt intrusive.
