very nice experience!
ocean viewamazing foodtop notch spafriendly staff
i enjoyed the ocean view from my room. it was amazing! the rooftop bar serves amazing food. the spa is top notch, the breakfast and dinner quality as well. all the staff were friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.!!
the wifi was not great. this made planning our excursions a little difficult. i hope they upgrade it soon!!!

the ocean view from my room were something else i never experienced before, it were wow. the breakfast have a great variety to choose from and i can order a freshly made omelette, which i like. this made me happy
i found one bad points . the reception manager were rude, she were unhelpful and aggressive. also, they turned the aircon off, this were not ideal as the room were a bit too warm.

my room, a suite, offered a fine ocean view directly from the balcony. the bathroom included cool stone sinks and a microwave was available in the room.
i noticed one jacuzzi on the rooftop was out of service .

i thought the view from my balcony, that junior suite, was amazing. the breakfast and dinner selections, it was good. the rooftop bar had a heated jacuzzi with light at night, which i loved. the swimming pool it was very good, i used it a lot.
upon my arrival, i learned that my room wasn't ready, so I waited. they gave me a mobile number but didn't call for hours. i was informed i needed hotel towels to use the spa, and i was made to pay upfront, like i had to set up a tab before i even spent any money. it was so bad, i'm not sure id come back.
