friendly staff cleanliness level spacious room prompt service
I found every staff member kind. They were really friendly. The cleanliness was excellent. The room was not only beautifully designed, but also spacious. Room service delivered promptly each time.
The gym has older equipment, but that did not impact me much because I preferred running outside.

My room included a king bed with premium bedding. There were blackout curtains. A work desk and seating area were provided. The marble bathroom had a separate tub and a rainfall shower.

The hotel is close to the historic Rocks district. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. Public transportation is also easily accessible from the hotel. I could walk to the Opera House.

buffet option colourful balloons
The breakfast buffet featured various options. i also saw eggs made to order, it was great! the room had bathrobes and slippers. there were also balloons, colouring books, and cookies to decorate. It was lovely!

I found everything one expects from a hotel of this class. The bedroom had exquisite decor. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the nightly turndown service. Staff members were friendly and accommodating .
The gym was a little small for my liking.
