a decent stay overall

the location is really convenient , especially for getting to shops. i loved having a quick swim after a long day. bus services are great , a 30 minute bus ride to circular quay is available right outside. it was also very cheap.
i stayed on a floor where the staff were using some of the rooms. cleaning products were stored there too , it was noisy. there was constant slamming of doors as staff went in and out. this made it very difficult to relax.

The air conditioning was broken when I arrived in my room! I had to call multiple times. It took over an hour for someone to finally come fix it. There was also dust all over the skirting boards, not great for my allergies. The dirty windows ruined the photos I needed to take.

The apartment location allowed very easy access to trains and buses. I found the apartment spacious and very clean. I liked that Westfield Bondi Junction was only a short walk. The comfortable beds ensured I had a good nights rest.
I noticed a slight lack of noise insulation, this meant hearing some disturbances at night.

I booked a room on the ninth floor for five nights. The room received service once. The balcony had a city view. The gym, spa, and pool were open for use. The mall is nearby. It offers a convenient location to shops and transport.
I had to wait twenty minutes for housekeeping. The keys had not been activated. I also found the kitchen was dirty.
