fantastic stay!
comfortable bed diverse options friendly staff professional service
The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring major local attractions. i was really close to the opera house. the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of options for eating were available. staff were friendly and professional.
The city view overlooked an adjacent roof. It was somewhat disappointing. it diminished the overall experience, albeit slightly.

great proximity convenient location definite plus
the location proved convenient. the proximity to restaurants and cafes was a definite plus. i also appreciated how close it was to circular quay wharf 6.
the sink on one side of the vanity felt a little odd.

prime location efficient staff harbour view
The location provided easy access to major attractions! the staff was friendly and efficient. They addressed my queries promptly. my room included a harbour bridge view, very pleasant! i found the working printer in the office corner quite useful.
The gym and pool facilities seemed somewhat dated. A refresh would enhance the experience.

Really good Location and Service
convenient location lounge access plentiful breakfast daily water
The location is very convenient to the Overseas Passenger Terminal (a plus after a cruise). I received access to the lounge on the 6th floor for a shower and coffee before my evening flight. Breakfast was plentiful with hot options and various breads. The room included a refrigerator and daily water bottles.

worn room bathroom mold
The location proved acceptable for accessing key attractions.
The room was rather worn. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard. I noticed mold in the shower, quite disappointing considering the price paid. The hotel should invest in immediate improvements.

a mixed experience, i guess
moldy grout limited liquor
the location was pretty good, i have to admit. it was close to the wharf and other attractions.
the bathroom was not great, to put it mildly. the grout in the tile had mold, so showering reminded me of a biohazard. the bar was also disappointing with its limited liquor selection. i would have expected better from this hotel.
