The hotel is close to the ferry wharves and train station for easy transport. The beds are very comfortable I slept well each night. The staff was friendly providing good service . My room was quiet and the curtains blocked out the light.
The gym was small. The selection of equipment was limited I wish it had more variety.

The rooms were large. The presentation was well done and included many small details. Cleanliness was excellent ensuring a comfortable environment and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the space.

The fitness center provides basic equipment for workouts. I noticed a pool on site that was well-kept. Breakfast included many buffet style options. I also saw that the hotel had options for dining throughout the day.

the location proved convenient. it was close to the opera house and circular quay ferries. the room i booked, beautiful king room, was large. the bathroom had both a separate bath and a shower. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the onsite parking was very convenient. i found the beds comfortable. the breakfast was very substantial. i was surprised at the value for money. the photos online matched the hotel itself.
the air conditioning sound was loud. i had to turn it off several times.

the location proved convenient for accessing trains and ferries. it was also a short walk to the opera house. the hotel staff was friendly .
i noticed some wear and tear on the premises. the carpets seemed quite old. also, i found the woodwork showed signs of needing a thorough cleaning.

The room size impressed me a lot. The bed offered great comfort. I found luggage storage very useful. The bar provided several meal options, some gluten-free. The location suited my needs well, even though it involves a steep walk from the station.
They did run out of bottled water , and the toiletries weren't replaced correctly, so I had three conditioners, but no body wash.
