golf course views and friendly faces
lovely view excellent bathroom attentive staff
The executive twin room had a lovely view. the bathroom was excellent with plenty of space. staff members were very attentive. Jane from the 19 bar and bistro really stood out. the food was amazing!!!
i found that the windows did not close tightly. i could feel a slight draft in the room.

overgrown trees misleading description
Honestly, the lack of proper ventilation was a real issue. the room got stuffy fast, and there wasn't any air conditioning. this meant i had to open the windows, letting in all sorts of noise. also, the promised golf course view was partially blocked by some overgrown trees. It wasn't quite what i expected. the description was really misleading.

the room was a good size and quiet, despite many people staying.
i had to go back to reception to ask for soap. there was none in the room.
