Excellent stay in a historical building
helpful staff breakfast options modern design
The staff was always ready to help and quick with requests. Breakfast had many options (the fresh fruit was my favorite). The location allowed easy access to all attractions. i especially enjoyed the blend of modern design within such an old structure.
The lack of clear signage made finding the hotel initially quite difficult. i spent a considerable amount of time wandering around before i finally located it. Better directions would definitely improve the arrival experience.

The breakfast buffet provided a variety of options, including fresh pastries. There was a dedicated coffee machine offering various types of coffee drinks. The quality of ingredients was noticeable, particularly in the selection of cheeses and cold cuts.

modern hotel helpful staff
This modern hotel resides inside a Renaissance palace within the old town. The staff helped with printing work documents and prebooked a cab for me. I found this quite efficient.
The hotel lacks dedicated parking. Luggage transport required navigating narrow streets, inconvenient.

difficult location no signage
The building was fine inside. It was excellent.
The hotel was difficult to find as it is in the maze of the old town. google maps did not work well there. there were no signs with the hotel's name, so i had to search for it using trial and error. It took some time.
