lego theme night light massive play park broken handle denied liability unprofessional response
The lodge was amazing with its lego theme! the night light in the kids' room was a nice touch! the restaurant was great. It had a massive play park for the kids to play while i relaxed!!!
i arrived at the hotel at 10am, and i was told to leave my luggage. the staff said it would be sent to my room at 4pm. later, i discovered that the top handle of one of our suitcases was broken!!! customer service denied liability.

The woodland village lodge suited our family's needs perfectly. i appreciated the thoughtful Lego gifts in the room for the children. the room itself felt wonderfully spacious and VERY clean.

themed room friendly staff attentive staff
the play room was a hit, and the disco in the evening provided great entertainment. the children also enjoyed the park outside the castle hotel for a long time. i found the staff to be friendly to all our needs.
The limited dining options proved a bit irritating. I found the buffet to be repetitive.

sparse vegetarian options understaffed dinner
the room was clean and all the lego details were nice (my kid loved the treasure chest game).
The dinner was a letdown. The vegetarian options were sparse. my toddler has dietary restrictions, and all they could offer was broccoli and melon. it seemed like they were understaffed, and the whole experience wasn't great.
