Convenient and Clean!

The hotel is close to the tube station. I appreciated the free tea and coffee offered in the reception area. My room was very clean and well-kept. I stayed a couple of days. The staff were friendly and helpful. They really made a difference.
The plumbing made some strange noises when I used the sink.

The room was noisy. The drains made loud noises all night. it was very disruptive. the shower drains and sink and toilet water sounds was so loud and all through the night. sleep was very disturbed and not particularly pleasant.

The staff were amazing I found them always ready to help. The rooms were soundproofed and cozy I did not hear much noise. Location is excellent for events at the nearby arena. A shopping center is accessible via a short train ride.
The room size was a little small it was difficult to maneuver with luggage.

i liked the friendly staff. the location was great, especially the train station across the street. everything needed for a party was there, like the vibe and comfortable rooms. the rooms had fresh towels and toiletries
the rooms are too small. i felt joint pain because of the mattress.
