faulty dryerno air conditioning
The dryer didn't work, quite annoying when you need clean clothes. also, it was late summer, early september, and the room temperature in the late afternoon was around 29c. there is no air conditioner here. What's with europeans and their aversion to electricity?

the location was very convenient, near public transport. i especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with a laundry machine. the room also felt quite spacious, i liked that! the hotel's direct access to the u-bahn station was a huge plus.
the breakfast options seemed somewhat limited, it was a simple meal.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

The location is GREAT. The metro and bus stations are only a minute away. Walking to the Brandenburg Gate and other attractions is definitely doable. I appreciated the supermarket on the ground floor. It closes late at 22:00. The room was spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped.
I found several groups of people that hang out outside of the building. They drink and talk very loudly, a minor disturbance.

The apartment had enough room for a family. It was also VERY clean. A nice balcony offered some fresh air. The washer and dryer in the apartment were very convenient for longer stays, and check-in and check-out were easy.

daily cleaningconvenient locationair conditioning
the location next to the underground station was very convenient. a supermarket in the nearby mall proved very useful for groceries. the daily cleaning service maintained a high standard, towels were changed daily, and amenities were replenished. the reception staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
the absence of air conditioning was a significant drawback, especially during warmer days. the room became uncomfortably hot, even with the radiator set to a lower temperature. opening the window introduced considerable noise from outside, impacting sleep quality.

This accommodation, I found the location quite good. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciate that it provided a refrigerator and a dishwasher.
The room gets hot because there is no AC. The TV was oddly positioned. The dryer didn't work, what a pain it was.
