The location proved very convenient. It was a short walk to the center. The staff members were very cute and helpful. I found the hotel to be very clean throughout the premises.
My room felt quite cold upon arrival. The heating was not effective initially. The pillows provided were quite hard, and there were no alternative options available. The key card often failed to work in the lift, inconvenient.

I found the reception staff very friendly and cute both at check-in and check-out. I received a NICE surprise of a gifted jar of cola cubes. The bed sheets felt amazing, and I appreciated having four pillows with different densities. The shower was great, and the big towels were certainly a plus. Everything was good.
Building work outside reduced car park spaces so I parked at another car park a five minute walk away. SOME noisy youngsters returned to their nearby room and disturbed me getting off to sleep. There were chocolate coloured strands on my hotel door in the morning.

staff were very polite. the room was comfy. i used the underground car park easily. it was a short walk to the cricket ground.
i did not like that there was road closures and diversions to get to the hotel, this cause a delay.
