minor issues
faulty air-conditioning broken lights
The breakfast had a good variety. we went down late. the staff ensured i could enjoy cereal and yoghurt.
my room had some issues. the air-conditioning did not work, so the room felt stuffy. several lights in the room did not work either. the bathroom door was difficult to move.

broken machine dirty elevator
the breakfast was not great. the coffee machine was often broken. also, there were few clean utensils available, and the food supply struggled to keep up with the number of guests. OH. and the elevator was quite dirty.

The staff were very helpful at all times. The hotel was very clean. The staff were also very polite. I appreciated their assistance .
I booked a double room, but I was given a twin room. Reception said it was too late to switch rooms. I paid for a double, not a twin. I had to stay several nights in that room. This.

acceptable, but some issues
uncomfortable sofa bed unhinged bathroom door
The staff was pleasant. They even called the room to check if everything was satisfactory.
I travelled with family including two toddlers and the hotel stay became a stressful experience. the sofa bed was not a double though advertised as such. It was uncomfortable. the bathroom door was unhinged, creating a safety risk for my children

friendly staff clean room great value
the staff proved very friendly and accommodating . rooms were clean and also well presented. i found it great value.
i found that the gym equipment was non-functional, this was disappointing.

broken toilet door shower mold
The toilet door was broken. I couldn't close it properly. There was also mold in the shower. Breakfast was unpleasant, not enough cups or plates were available. It reminded me of there was very little available and I chose to eat out instead.
