coffee machine comfortable bed good size
The room had nespresso coffee machine and pods. The bed were comfortable. The room size was good.
Showers could be tricky if you're short because of the step out. There is no railing.

Breakfast included varied options. There was something for everyone. The bar service was attentive and quick. I did not wait long. The restaurant had multiple seating areas. It avoids crowding during peak hours.

surprisingly lovely stay
helpful staff good choices
the location was handy, near many things. the staff were nice and helpful with bags. the breakfast had good choices, i liked it. the beds were comfy also.

the hotel features a gym area. it is equipped with treadmills and weights. there are also several meeting rooms with projectors for business purposes and fast internet is available throughout the building.

staff members offered luggage storage. i seen them helping guests with directions. they responded fast at requests also and seemed polite, this is something i appreciate.

the hotel is close to a train station. many shops and cafes are walkable. the central area is only a short distance by bus and several restaurants were nearby also.

comfortable bed helpful staff
i found a big, comfortable bed and a friendly, helpful staff. you can even get poached eggs for breakfast if you don't like fried. i was quite charmed by this!
during my stay the baseboard was cracking away from the wall.

the hotel has secure parking available. you can find a riesiger parkplatz one minute around the corner and i believe this is a bonus.

the staff were lovely and helpful. they were also very friendly and quick to assist. i had a good interaction with all of them.

the hotel is located very conveniently and is just a short walk from princess street. area is handy for getting around and it is very close to the city center.
