Adequate stay WITH a FEW ISSUES
central location helpful staff engaged staff non-functional shower broken shelf missing shelf
The location was very central. It was close to many restaurants and canals. I also found the staff quite helpful and jolly. They looked very engaged.
The main shower head was not functional. A small ancillary head worked fine, though. The shelf was hanging down. This meant there was nowhere to put soap and shampoo.

The hotel has easy access to many restaurants and attractions. I appreciated its central location and the proximity to many dining options. It was a pleasant experience.
The bathroom smelled a little. I also walked from the railway station when I could have taken public transport. It was a pleasant enough walk, but the suitcase did get a bit heavy.

wow, what a find!
gorgeous hotel convenient location amazing suite
this spot was close to everything, super. a private water taxi brought me right to the door, i did enjoyed it. the king suite had a canal view, it was amazing!
corridors needs a small fixing, i spotted it. the beds felt very hard, i had thin sheets, so so. the bar closed early, i found it inconvenient.

lifts reach the third floor, I was thankful. spa services are available in rooms, and i liked it. a sauna is in the rooms, it was lovely after exploring the city.

the location allows quick access to taxi services. rooms have balconies overlooking the canal, i did appreciate it. it's close to main tourist spots, but hidden from crowds.

a wonderful few days
convenient location lovely balcony good breakfast
the location was quite convenient, close to vaporetto stops, and also offered its own jetty. it was near tourist spots but felt tucked away, which i appreciated. i had a lovely balcony overlooking a canal, a feature i enjoyed. breakfast was good, i especially liked the service.
my room wasn't in the main building. it was across the canal. the absence of a minibar was a slight inconvenience .

the hotel provided a private water taxi service. this made access convenient, especially with luggage. i also saw a lovely inner courtyard that offered a relaxing space.

the hotel sits in the heart of the downtown area near many things. it is not directly where boats come in making it quieter at times. it was a little quieter.
