amazing staff and great location!
quick check-in warm cookies great location clean room
i enjoyed the quick check-in and warm cookies at the start! the hotel's location is amazing. it's right next to the tube station and lots of eating places, what a win! the area felt safe. the room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked with necessities.
The bed was a little too hard for my liking. it was still manageable.

The hotel is situated close to restaurants and an underground station. it's also near a museum, a considerable benefit for tourists. hyde park is nearby. It provides a convenient option for recreation and relaxation.

Breakfast includes various choices, such as specialty coffees. the hotel features a compact gym offering good exercise options. the korean wings were really good. I liked those. i also liked the marilyn monroe picture in the bar.

the staff were attentive and very helpful! they ensured we had a very nice stay, which i appreciated. neha at the front desk was kind. she ensured all our needs were met, i'm happy to say.

average stay with notable downsides
resetting air conditioning missing refrigerator
the location was quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room's air conditioning kept resetting itself. i would set it to 19 degrees celsius, but it would revert to 21 degrees celsius during the night. This was pretty annoying. also, the room lacked a refrigerator, a basic amenity i expect nowadays.

a charming stay!
warm welcome ideal location easy access
Larissa shone, offering such a warm welcome. It was like being greeted by a friend. the location proved ideal with easy access to the natural history museum. the gloucester road station just across the road added immense convenience. i even had some AMAZING breakfasts here!!!
the check-in process did take longer than expected because of debit machine issues. i had to wait for a refund, a bit inconvenient.

convenient location helpful staff dated room missing fridge
the location was convenient to the tube station. it made getting around the area simple. the staff were friendly. and helpful throughout my stay.
the room i had was a bit dated. i found the carpet had a few torn spots. the website mentioned a mini fridge in the room but it was absent. this detail would have been useful . i was told that the fridges had been removed from all rooms. it was a bit disappointing.

delicious afternoon tea heated pods charming server
The afternoon tea was delicious!!! I enjoyed scones, sandwiches, desserts, and canapés. The heated pods gave us a beautiful view of the trees. Israt was a charming server, helping us to have a very special treat.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location
clean room comfortable beds great breakfast convenient location
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I found the proximity to transportation convenient. I had easy access to shops and food close by. The breakfast offered much choices. The staff were nice and accommodating. Larissa was particularly great. She addressed my allergies, and I had a special breakfast. The afternoon tea at The Secret Garden was amazing. Shrena provided a lovely service. The food tasted fresh, and I sampled some new teas. The hotel has a pharmacy nearby. There is supermarket for convenience. I appreciated the accessible coffee shops and restaurants.
The hallways were dark at night.
