a satisfactory stay
convenient locationhelpful staffdated roommissing fridge
the location was convenient to the tube station. it made getting around the area simple. the staff were friendly. and helpful throughout my stay.
the room i had was a bit dated. i found the carpet had a few torn spots. the website mentioned a mini fridge in the room but it was absent. this detail would have been useful . i was told that the fridges had been removed from all rooms. it was a bit disappointing.

delicious afternoon teaheated podscharming server
The afternoon tea was delicious!!! I enjoyed scones, sandwiches, desserts, and canapés. The heated pods gave us a beautiful view of the trees. Israt was a charming server, helping us to have a very special treat.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I found the proximity to transportation convenient. I had easy access to shops and food close by. The breakfast offered much choices. The staff were nice and accommodating. Larissa was particularly great. She addressed my allergies, and I had a special breakfast. The afternoon tea at The Secret Garden was amazing. Shrena provided a lovely service. The food tasted fresh, and I sampled some new teas. The hotel has a pharmacy nearby. There is supermarket for convenience. I appreciated the accessible coffee shops and restaurants.
The hallways were dark at night.
