thin walls traffic noise

the complimentary port in the room was fine it added a touch i guess

the walls seemed thin i heard everything from the hallway traffic noise was loud despite my room not facing the street the small elevator was like a time machine with its cramped space and slow pace

nespresso options 24-hour coffee unpleasant smell old carpet

The breakfast had many choices. The 24-hour coffee service included Nespresso options. I also liked the Molton Brown bathroom items. The hotel was clean.

My room smelled unpleasantly. The carpet seemed quite old. I would not want to walk barefoot on it.

old furniture street noise

The staff proved capable enough I suppose the breakfast had some variety.

The room reeked of old furniture and disappointment the noise from the street below made sleep a competitive sport I swear the mattress was older than I am the entire experience seemed like a poorly funded historical reenactment.

peaceful and charming experience

friendly staff vintage decor clean bathroom

the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for the area. the decor was vintage and quite good, something i appreciated. the balcony was a pleasant surprise because of its beautiful harbour view. the room was very clean with ample towels and toiletries available in the bathroom.

the hotel is just outside the busy area, which offers a peaceful atmosphere. it's about a twenty-minute walk into town, providing easy access to attractions. the proximity to good restaurants in the area was certainly useful.

the breakfast offered many choices it included nespresso espresso options the entire hotel was clean i found this to be a big plus. my room included molton brown bathroom items i appreciated this detail. the location was great bakeries cafes and restaurants were nearby

poor air conditioning uncomfortable nights

the air conditioning was NOT working properly. the room was very warm, it. i think the hotel needs to update its system because it really impacted the quality of my sleep. it was just difficult to relax and i felt quite restless!
