excellent stay!
room upgradeeasy explorationfuture stayextra attention
i was upgraded to a better room upon arrival. it was a welcome surprise. the proximity to everything made exploring very easy. i would certainly consider staying here again in the future.
i noticed that the room could have used a more thorough deep cleaning. it wasn't excessively dirty, but some areas needed extra attention.

On-site car parking is available , very convenient. plenty of spaces are accessible right outside the building. This offers significant ease for visitors with vehicles. the car park accessibility makes travel simpler.

The double room had excellent lighting. it was good that the windows could open to a fixed amount for fresh air. the bed was also very comfortable. Temperature controls were effective.

plentiful complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided in the room. the welcome tray had a very nice selection of refreshments. the abundance was greatly appreciated. there was a generous supply.

The receptionist was helpful. They offered a very cute and kind service. the staff made the entire check-in process straightforward. their good attitude created a positive first impression. the communication was clear.

the location is great. i have access to the town center with a short walk. parking is free right outside the hotel. plus, i had plenty of tea and coffee in the room.
the room was very cold . i think the heating wasn't on, and i couldn't turn it on myself. the duvet was very thin. there also looked mouldy areas on the tiling in the shower.

this hotel had a spot on location to the town. it was super clean too. i did leave my car in the car park after registering at bagdale hall. the room was clean with all the required amenities.
the room was very cold. the heating was not on and i was not able to turn it on. there was only a thin duvet so i wore a coat to keep warm.

breakfast was not an option here now. i did note many options for breakfast were available nearby. the hotel did supply an abundance of tea, coffee and milk supplies, which i appreciated.

the lady checking me in at bagdale hall were lovely. the staff were very friendly and helpful. check-in happened at 1pm at bagdale hall, which i did appreciate. parking was easy after registering at bagdale hall.
