The location is AMAZING, it's near everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, they really went the extra mile. Breakfast had lots of choice and the hot food was cooked to order, served right to my table.

the location is spot on for the town. i walked to the beach area in minutes. the room was super clean and modern. the bed was very comfy and i found tea and coffee facilities in the room.
the drinks were a bit expensive. a carling cost £4.80, it tasted weak.

the staff was friendly and helpful (especially the young man who checked me in). i got my parking permit quickly. the team was professional and cute during the entire stay.

this hotel is next to the main shopping area. it is also near the beach tram. the railway station is a short distance away. i liked the proximity to amenities.

the room was very clean. it was well stocked with everything i needed for my stay. the bed was comfy (i slept really well).
i chose to use the stairs instead. the decor on the landings needed updating, it felt a bit 'faulty towers'. the air freshener had an unusual smell that i didn't particularly like.
