lovely stay!
good showerusb sockets
the room was very clean! the shower over the bath was really good. the toilet paper felt a bit cheap. the plentiful usb sockets are really helpful.

The breakfast seemed good value. It looked to offer plenty of choice. i noticed many guests seemed happy with their selections and the restaurant was well-kept. i saw fresh pastries and a variety of hot dishes.

the staff seemed friendly and very helpful ! nothing looked too much trouble for them and they were prompt with service. lindsey seemed spot on with all guest needs. i appreciate good service!

the hotel offered a good location, just a short walk to the spa. it took about 30 minutes for a steady walk to the town centre. there was also plentiful parking available, and the hotel had good security measures.

dirty sheetsinsufficient cleaning
The room did not feel clean enough. there was sand under the bed, raising concerns about the cleaning standards. This was unacceptable. i immediately returned the key card and stayed elsewhere. the staff offered a free breakfast as compensation for the unused room, but it did not fully address the initial disappointment.
