Excellent stay near the Loch
spacious room clean room varied menu free parking
I found my superior double room spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel restaurant offered a menu with many options. Breakfast service each morning was prompt (the coffee kept me going). The free parking was very useful.
The wifi signal was sometimes weak in certain areas of the room.

convenient parking homemade pies attentive staff
the hotel has convenient parking. the restaurant offers tasty homemade pies. the staff was attentive, especially kitty, who made sure a family wedding went smoothly. the function room was excellent and worked well for the event.

comfy bed whisky lounge
The room included a great shower. The bed was super comfy. I ate in the restaurant. The meal was superb. The lounge for drinking whisky was perfect too.
The parking lot was a little poorly lit at night.

unclear parking parking fine
the parking situation really soured the visit (i wish i had known better). i parked, entered through the bar, and saw zero signs about needing to register my vehicle at reception. naturally, a parking fine arrived later. this overshadows the meal we had, otherwise quite nice, and i hope they fix it .
