amazing stay!

bright roomlovely viewcute staffwindow crack

the room was super bright and airy , i loved the lovely view i got directly opposite the cruise line dock. the fridge was a great addition , i really appreciated having it. the location was perfect, and the staff were so cute and clean.

i found the room had a large crack in the bottom left of the window. i am not sure if that contributed to the cold area coming from the window.

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym , a great perk for fitness enthusiasts. a complimentary mini-fridge is also present, and i found it a thoughtful touch. i was happy.

The location proved convenient. the room had a good view. the bed was comfortable. I slept well each night.

my room's stereo did not connect via bluetooth. i could not figure out how to use it. also, the air conditioning in the room did not seem to go above 21 degrees, even when i set it higher.

the location WAS excellent.

i was disappointed, the towels were not replaced one day. the housekeeping did not replenish the toiletries as expected. ALSO, there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness to detail.

i found the staff ultra friendly and helpful. the location was excellent, with access to attractions. the room was clean, well equipped, and easy to access. the fridge included complimentary soft drinks, replenished daily.

the units, while modern, seemed not really fit for purpose. the kettle was in a boxed shelf not much wider than the kettle.

The location was convenient for exploring the city center.

I encountered multiple issues . The room cards often failed to work for accessing public areas. Repeated requests to fix this issue went unresolved. I found the staff inflexible and seemingly unprofessional. They did not address our concerns effectively.
