Adequate stay at this hotel
dog friendliness helpful staff soundproof walls cold room
The dog friendliness was certainly a plus. Staff members were helpful. The room was cosy. The bed was comfy.
The walls did not seem soundproof. I was kept up until 1.30am by bar noise underneath the room. Radiators did not seem to be on. The room was cold despite turning them on.

Some Issues Encountered. Breakfast Problems
inadequate staffing coffee sugar cubes
The room called Jack Russell was spacious. It also featured a large shower room.
The breakfast service was not good. Staffing seemed inadequate. My cooked breakfast contained too much fat and oil. There was also no loose sugar available for cereal. They suggested using coffee sugar cubes.

spacious room beautiful garden fresh milk
the room called jack russell was spacious i found it attractively furnished it had a large shower room excellent tea and coffee facilities were available including fresh milk daily staff were very helpful i received an extra fan upon request. the garden was beautiful i saw deer in the field across the quiet road. breakfast had generous choices restaurant meals proved superb.
i noticed expensive extras like soft drinks in the room.
