The location proved ideal as it was very close to Oxford Road station and central areas. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I also found above-average food and beverage services compared to other similar hotels in the UK. The sauna was a great addition to the hotel amenities.

I noticed our toiletry bottles were either empty or close to empty. This should be checked during housekeeping.

this hotel it rocks! i stayed here with my two sons and some friends plus their family! we were over for the footie match! from the second we got there we were having such an amazing time! the staff are super friendly, the hotel is very family orientated and even offers the kids personalised wooden toys, awesome, to keep them entertained! our room was so comfy and it had a safe and a fridge which is perfect for a hotel!

i arrived at 12 midnight, and when i checked our room, i noticed the toilet needed cleaning. there were used plastic bottles in the toilet, and i could see hair in the shower area. there was also a dirty towel.

the location of the hotel was acceptable, near to many shops and public transport.

The room wasnt very clean when i checked in. I noticed some hairs in the shower and the floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed properly, this really let it down.
