Solid stay near Oxford Road
central location friendly staff above-average food great sauna
The location proved ideal as it was very close to Oxford Road station and central areas. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I also found above-average food and beverage services compared to other similar hotels in the UK. The sauna was a great addition to the hotel amenities.
I noticed our toiletry bottles were either empty or close to empty. This should be checked during housekeeping.

The hotel is in a very central spot. It is close to the city center. Oxford Road Rail station is also nearby. Chinatown is a short walk away too.

Breakfast offered plenty of choice. Food in the Exchange restaurant was really good. I especially appreciated the wide variety of options available during breakfast hours.

the staff were helpful and polite . my room was clean and well maintained. i found the location quite accessible to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered sufficient options to start the day well

The room included a hairdryer and an iron. The temperature was comfortable. Staff were always great. The room was nice and clean.

amazing family stay!
friendly staff wooden toys comfortable room
this hotel it rocks! i stayed here with my two sons and some friends plus their family! we were over for the footie match! from the second we got there we were having such an amazing time! the staff are super friendly, the hotel is very family orientated and even offers the kids personalised wooden toys, awesome, to keep them entertained! our room was so comfy and it had a safe and a fridge which is perfect for a hotel!
i arrived at 12 midnight, and when i checked our room, i noticed the toilet needed cleaning. there were used plastic bottles in the toilet, and i could see hair in the shower area. there was also a dirty towel.

the super nice team. they arranged a cab for seven people very fast. reception staff are amazing helped us sign up to the rewards program, it was a good service.

a few things could be better
dirty shower poor vacuuming
the location of the hotel was acceptable, near to many shops and public transport.
The room wasnt very clean when i checked in. I noticed some hairs in the shower and the floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed properly, this really let it down.
