I found the staff offered 5-star service, including front desk, doormen, breakfast staff, housekeeping, and minibar refilling staff. My room was spacious, suitable for my needs. The hotel is located very close to the metro station, specifically Bond Street. This proximity connects you well to key sites.

My room had excellent sound insulation. It was quiet, despite two large windows facing a street. The room was very very comfy and tidy and also spacious. I appreciated that the bathroom was equipped with good showers.

The staff were excellent throughout my stay, and were consistently conscientious and friendly. I found the front desk helpful with directions and recommendations. The concierge staff were particularly helpful in securing taxis when needed.

i found the staff really cute. michaela at reception was especially lovely. the beds were very comfortable so i slept well
the windows in my room seemed quite old they were not double glazed i could hear noises from outside. the air conditioning blower was also loud it had an intermittent knocking noise

the location was adequate. it was near oxford street.
I found the room excessively small. the windows lacked proper insulation. i could hear street noise at all hours, preventing restful sleep. A persistent noise emanated from the walls as well. the decoration looked old fashioned.
