Excellent Experience

Breakfast was prompt. It was also delicious. Staff went beyond expectations to help. The American Bar had great ambiance. It had excellent meals as well. Afternoon Tea was awesome. Late service to clean the room was available. The location is marvelous. Staff worked hard with some temporary roadworks.
My bathroom walls needed repainting. They needed new wallpaper. Actually my bathroom had wallpaper painted white. It was looking tired and peeling in spots.

The American Bar provided a sophisticated atmosphere for drinks. Each meal tasted excellent. I appreciated that the restaurant staff were attentive, but not intrusive at all. They made spot-on recommendations.

The hotel's location is superb, close to the green park tube station. this proximity made exploring the city easy. the room featured a luxurious marble bathroom and provided ample space for relaxation. i especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water restocked daily. It was a thoughtful touch.
The lift seemed somewhat slow during peak hours. It caused a small delay on a few occasions.

Breakfast service offered eggs benedict and a full english option. Both were prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. the american bar had a lively atmosphere and served a whisky sour i thoroughly enjoyed. attentiveness was really good with complimentary nibbles.

My room included underfloor heating in the bathroom. I found it very comfortable. the bed featured high thread count linens. These ensured a restful sleep. fresh towels were provided daily. They were soft.

The location is amazing. I could easily walk to many attractions. My room had a fireplace! The housekeeping staff kept everything IMMACULATE, which I REALLY appreciated.
The breakfast service was a tad slow. It took a while to get coffee.

I found the staff wonderfully attentive. The cozy bedding provided excellent comfort. Their full English breakfast impressed me the most. The service.
I found that the fitness room is quite small. It might accommodate only three people. Equipment placement also leaves little room for movement.

I always enjoy the excellent service. I especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. Alberto ensured everything was perfect. That was very nice! Luca and his team are always so helpful and positive. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
