mediocre stay, service and room flaws

slow check-inbroken usb
The check-in process was slow. It took over fifteen minutes. i found the offer of drinks while waiting amateurish. the room had a dirty floor and a sink that did not drain. usb outlets were broken, reducing usable outlets by the bed, and street noise was loud until after 1 am.

I found the staff accommodating and hospitable . Greg, Jack, Innocent, and Olu at the door were cute and helpful. The atmosphere and music in the bar area were both comfortable and entertaining. I liked the ambiance a lot.
I noticed some street noise from my room on the second floor. Next time, I'll bring earplugs to ensure a quiet night.
