mediocre stay, service and room flaws
slow check-in broken usb
The check-in process was slow. It took over fifteen minutes. i found the offer of drinks while waiting amateurish. the room had a dirty floor and a sink that did not drain. usb outlets were broken, reducing usable outlets by the bed, and street noise was loud until after 1 am.

accommodating staff cute atmosphere helpful doormen
I found the staff accommodating and hospitable . Greg, Jack, Innocent, and Olu at the door were cute and helpful. The atmosphere and music in the bar area were both comfortable and entertaining. I liked the ambiance a lot.
I noticed some street noise from my room on the second floor. Next time, I'll bring earplugs to ensure a quiet night.

The staff offered early check-in upon request, very convenient. The team ensured my requests were met promptly, even providing complimentary cocktails because of a minor issue with a missing speaker. The door and security staff were protective, suggesting safe smoking areas.

I stayed near leicester square. Its location proved very convenient. the room featured modern design with great lighting. cocktails from the bar were excellent. I appreciated the quality.

The hotel is near the city centre. It makes access to transportation simple. great dining options are nearby, including chinatown. i barely heard the pride day party hosted in the lobby bar. the beds are comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. Greg, Jack, Innocent, and Olu at the door were especially cute. The atmosphere was comfortable with great music and a lively bar area.
Our room was on the second floor and it was beautiful. There was a lot of street noise. I should have taken earplugs with me.
