the room had everything i needed it was very clean and well kept. i liked the bar it had a good selection of drinks and a nice atmosphere. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the food tasted delicious. the hotel provides convenient parking close for £4.50 for 24 hours.
the room service menu could have more options available late at night

spacious room simple process
angela helped us move to a more spacious room, which i appreciated. the one-night stay included everything i needed. i will definitely book directly next time, should the need arise. it was a simple process and i got a great deal!

excellent food quality attentive staff responsive service
Sunday lunch became a good routine . The food quality was consistently excellent. The staff were attentive (always ready to assist!) but not intrusive. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness during a larger gathering I hosted.
The hot tap in the bathroom didn't work perfectly. This was a minor inconvenience .

early room friendly man hot room broken window
check in was easy and my room was ready super early, which i loved! the man who checked me in was really friendly and helpful. the building itself is beautiful and looks very well kept. it all added to a fab first impression and i knew i would have a good time!
my room was stifling hot. i tried to open the window but i cant. i told the lad downstairs in the bar about this problem, he took my key to fix it. i waited but the room remain super hot. that's sad.
