totally amazing find!
metro station friendly staff free soft drinks
the location rocks. it is super close to serdika metro station and all the central sights are walkable, i swear! the staff was friendly and helpful, a total plus. free soft drinks at reception were a sweet touch and my room was so clean. the access code setup. i just loved it!
the dark wallpaper in my room made it look a little dingy. the window was tinted. this made it hard to tell what the weather was doing outside, so i couldn't quite enjoy it.

superb location free coffee dark wallpaper musty smell
the location was superb, everything was in walking distance! metro and trams were accessible in a short walk. free tea and capsule coffee were at the reception. it was a nice art-deco-like interior and overall cleanliness.
the room appears dark and dingy with dark wallpaper. there was a constant loud humming noise, from air conditioning units from a neighbouring house. i had trouble falling asleep despite having earplugs, and there was a musty smell, in particular in the bathroom.

toilet smell non-functional tv
I found a really persistent smell coming from the toilet. It hit me as soon as i walked in and stayed the whole time. it kind of ruined what was otherwise a decent room. also, i could not get the tv to work. I tried everything, but no luck, a bummer.

Adequate central stay
central location self check-in unpleasant smell missing kettle
The hotel was centrally located! Reaching all the city attractions was quite easy from there. Self check-in was also nice. It made arrival very efficient.
An unpleasant smell came from the toilet. It was quite noticeable. This issue detracted from the quality of the room, I thought. There was no kettle in the room, so I needed to go to reception for hot water.

EXCELLENT central location and COMFORTABLE rooms
central location spacious room self check-in
The hotel's central location is REALLY advantageous. I could walk to many attractions. My superior double room was spacious and well-equipped. The complimentary coffee and water in the lobby offered a nice touch of hospitality. I found the self-check-in process very efficient, which saved me time upon arrival.
I experienced some issues with the keypad. It was quite sensitive. I needed to re-enter the access code several times before it WORKED.
