acceptable staffmissing breakfast

The location was excellent, and the staff's behavior was acceptable. It was a neutral aspect of the stay.

the reception lady was not courteous and tried to tell us we did not have breakfast included, even though it was part of the package we booked. when we asked for help to get our baggage downstairs, no one showed up for a long time. it made leaving quite stressful.
