attentive service hotel tour
i was charmed by the attentive service in the masala kraft restaurant. the food tasted superb and they were also quick at refilling my water. the hotel tour with newton really gave a good look behind the scenes, i learned a great deal about the hotel history.
The check-in process felt unusually slow. I waited a bit in the humid lounge.

luxury and hospitality at its finest
folded clothes delicious cakes
the rooms were perfectly decked with everything one can ask for i especially liked my clothes being so neatly folded whenever i went out the swimming and jacuzzi were a very relaxing experience the birthday cakes i received were delicious and beautifully decorated. the room service was very quick with clearing trays and refilling toiletries.
the restaurant had limited vegetarian options in the buffet this was disappointing for a brand name restaurant i expected more variety and attention to vegetarian cuisine to meet the standards of the hotel.

the check-in process was very fast. i did like the beautiful room city view king bed i got. it had a king bed and a nice city view. i liked the hotel ritual and photo i received as a gift.
the electricity cut off when i inserted my card.

the hotel sits across from the iconic gateway of india. it's close to the ferry terminal, a good thing. there are also restaurants and shops close by, i observed. this makes exploring easy.

EXCELLENT Service AND Upgrades
large rooms excellent staff
we stayed four nights with upgrades in both the tower and the palace. the rooms were large with amenities. the POOL is one of the best i have ever seen at a hotel.

The breakfast service disappointed me. A long wait for an omelet ruined my morning. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. It disrupted the peace I expected. This disturbance persisted throughout the day. It was not what I anticipated.
