the location was indeed central, as advertised.
The room felt quite dated. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. additionally, the air conditioning did not work, resulting in an uncomfortably warm night.

The location was central. it was so easy to get to all the attractions i wanted to see. the staff helped organize a car to the airport. It was excellent. the room was spacious. I could relax after a day of exploring. the fitness and pool area were a definite plus for me.
i found that the room could benefit from updates. more outlet plugs are necessary for charging devices.

The room had comfortable beds. This ensured restful nights. i appreciated the inclusion of blackout curtains that helped with sleep quality. wifi was available and it was a great benefit. toiletries were also provided.

the hotel's location was ideal, it was near main attractions. grand place was a short walk away. easy access to metro and bus stations was especially helpful. this made navigating the city very simple.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it featured a broad array of options. i was grateful for the selection of hot foods available. fresh fruit, waffles, and pancakes with toppings were especially good.

the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. check-out was very easy because they offer express check-out. i was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out. this allowed me more time to explore!

the location was prefect, everything was within walking distance.
the room said it had air conditioning. when we arrived, the rooms were very hot. front desk said they had the heater system on. if i wanted cooler temperature, i needed open the windows.
