slow elevators cold pool
I have a few issues with my stay. The elevators were slow, often not stopping. You also cannot use stairs, except in emergencies, so moving between floors was slow. The swimming pool was too cold. I could not adjust the sauna temperature.

uneven stay
dirty room weekend problem
location are convenient enough for public transport and sightseeing.
rooms weren't always cleaned well especially at the weekend, what a miss. during a conference, all resources were for delegates only. regular travellers like me did not matter, i guess. this made our big family reunion and my mother's 70th birthday less special.

central location varied options indoor pool
the hotel is centrally located near public transport and major attractions i found this convenient the breakfast had many options and the staff maintained a high level of service the gym and pool were a bonus for relaxation after long days
during my stay i noticed that the english channels listed on the tv were not working

my beautiful room included a king size bed the bathroom had decent water pressure in the shower the room offered ample space for luggage and personal items it ensured a comfortable stay

the hotel provides easy access to key historical sites several restaurants are located nearby the mall is a short walk away public transportation options are readily accessible from the hotel premises i found it very practical

the staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out they promptly addressed my inquiries i requested extra towels and they delivered them quickly i experienced efficient and friendly service consistently throughout my stay

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and shops. The 24-hour reception was useful for my early checkout. I visited the Lobby Bar and enjoyed a pre-dinner drink.
The deposit refund took longer than expected.
