The location offered easy access to many attractions. The Hop On Hop Off bus stopped right in front of the hotel. The staff members were professional and friendly, I charmed them with a great smile.

the location by the water made travel easy. staff helped me get around! breakfast had a ton of choices, it was super yummy.
the tv did not work the first night. i had to call for someone to fix it! the lobby always had this weird smell. it kind of bothered my nose.

Underwhelming stay. Noise issues

the location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
i was really frustrated. the noise from a party on the second floor was unbearable even on the seventh. a staff member acted like they could not hear it, then offered a worse room, promising the party would quiet down at 2 am, but it did not happen. this lack of concern is unacceptable for the price.

wonderful executive floor upgrade

After a long day traveling, i got an upgrade to the renovated executive floor with a water view room. It was spacious. the bed felt comfortable. new furniture sat in front of a large picture window. It looked onto the water. the bathroom provided plenty of space. a shower.
the iron was old and broken. this seems unacceptable for a hotel. before leaving, i was told i'd pay extra for high-speed internet. i had no explanation for it at check-in, and i connected to the offered internet.

the hotel sits facing the canal. there are great walking areas all along the waterfront. bridges provide access back to the hotel for walkers or runners. there is a restaurant and lobby bar with seating plus an outdoor deck.

My room was clean and spacious. it included a comfortable bed. even the pillows were decent. I usually struggle with hotel pillows. a fine view across the water enhanced my experience, we loved it. but it needed some extra equipment.

The breakfast buffet was nice. It offered eggs, meats, muffins, croissants, fruits, and vegetables. beverages were also available. as a platinum member, i accessed the executive lounge. breakfast featured delicious salmon. in the evening, wine, beer, and food choices were abundant.

This hotel is in an excellent location. A taxi ride from the airport costs about $65 usd. the hotel is within walking distance of the main sights. it's positioned on the river with views. it is easy to get to the center.

The location is certainly convenient. I enjoyed easy access from the main Central Station. I found the proximity to the water especially appealing. I appreciated walking along the river to Nyhavn Canal and Amalienborg Palace. The hotel staff was very cute and professional.
