the location allowed easy access to everything i wanted to see. friendly staff at the front desk were helpful. my room included a chromecast device for entertainment, a good feature.
the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. i think having these in the room would add a nice touch.

I stayed four nights and found this hotel very suitable. The beds were comfortable. I slept soundly each night. The hotel's location offered easy access to many sites, including Christiansborg and Tivoli Gardens. Many shops and dining options are also very close to the hotel.
The room lacked a desk and chair.

The staff provided quick responses to my inquiries and were readily available at the front desk. Check-in was efficient, and the reception area always looked well-managed, which I REALLY appreciated. The team was GREAT!!!
