The building architecture is UNIQUE!!! The provided secure parking was a HUGE plus. The room included a mini fridge. It contained water, juice, and milk.
The remote control needed new batteries, a minor inconvenience.

the room was beautiful i stayed in the grand suite it had really good cleanliness it was also centrally located i really appreciated the lovely hot shower and the convenient coffee machine with snacks
the staffing felt a bit limited i noticed there wasn't someone available to assist after 6pm

The location was excellent. The building is near the cathedral. On-site parking was a significant benefit. I also liked the reception staff. They were helpful and pleasant. The traditional character of the building has been maintained. The rooms are modern and comfortable.
The room was a little quirky.

the building had real charm, its history evident everywhere. my room, a standard double room, had a nice church window. the mini fridge with fresh milk and orange juice was a touch i really valued.
the remote for the tv could use new batteries.

staff members are friendly and helpful. they delivered warm croissants, butter, and jam to my door each morning, alongside yoghurts, made for a good, light breakfast without any extra request.
