I liked the lovely atmosphere of this hotel. Christmas decorations were original. I was given attention when I required something.
The fine for parking felt unfair, especially after being a loyal customer for fifteen years.

The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of foods. The car parking is excellent. It is very close to the hotel and easy to find. Staff were polite and always at hand.

The building had a historic charm that I found acceptable.
I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The carpet was uneven and patched. The chest of drawers was also badly damaged. This required attention.
