Acceptable stay with minor issues
fitness center central location bathroom layout shower temperature
The fitness center is accessible all day. It is also very well-equipped (I saw several treadmills). The location is very central. It made exploring the area very easy.
The bathroom layout seemed a little odd to me. I had to shower over the bathtub (I prefer walk-in showers). I also had some trouble with the shower's water temperature. The water alternated from cold to warm.

danube view room upgrade titanium welcome welcome gift convenient location rude staff slow baggage baggage delivery flirtatious behavior
the elite benefits were very well honored. they upgraded me to danube view room after i asked. i found a titanium welcome gift in the room too. the location makes it unbearable for exploring. it is right next to a subway station and the tram line along the water.
the staff are very rude. i arrived at 3:45pm but they said i cant get in my room until 4pm. it took the bell cap 35 minutes to get my baggage up. he flirted with the front desk girl the whole time.

convenient location attentive staff upgraded room good experience
I liked the convenient location and nearby transport options. Staff was attentive and helpful . My upgraded room was well appointed and comfortable. I enjoyed the massage at the spa. It was a very good experience.
The concierge service had inconsistent hours which make dinner reservations difficult.

The breakfast offers generous portions with a large selection. The rooftop bar has excellent food and cocktails. Spago restaurant is also a very good option for dining at the hotel.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and designed with attention to detail. I had a special view of the city from my room. The rooms are well equipped, and clean, so I appreciate it.

The fitness center is excellent and the spa is relaxing. The hotel offers a skybar with very good views. The building architecture and art nouveau design were positives.

The staff was excellent in all my dealings. They were very helpful and very attentive to my needs. Customer service was excellent from all of the workers here, i like that.
