The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway and train station! the location is amazing! it made getting around very easy. i also found the staff to be very helpful. They were always available and professional.
The lack of soundproofing was a problem for me. I could hear noise from both outside and other guests. street noise was very noticeable, and i could hear conversations in the room next door!

The room included simple furnishings and was very clean. it provided everything needed for a good stay! the air conditioning was great considering the outside temperature was high. This made the room comfortable.

The hotel is right opposite the train station. This offers easy access to transportation! it is next to a taxi rank and subway stops. This provides many transport options. the reina sofia museum is very close.

The location was Really good, next to major attractions. Atocha station was within very easy reach. The neighborhood offered culinary variety and felt safe.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

i found the location perfect. it was very convenient to walk to retiro park, prada museum, and the city center! the hotel staff were helpful. i liked the cleanliness and facilities.

cramped bathroomcrooked showerhead
The bathroom felt cramped. I mean, seriously cramped. there wasn't much space to hang clothes in there either! the showerhead was wonky. It was hanging crooked and sprayed water all over the place!?!
