perfect locationcomfy bedfriendly staffhandwritten letter
I loved the perfect location near the train station. The room offered a comfy bed and a large bathroom. The staff were super friendly and also very helpful. I appreciated the sweet touch of a handwritten letter and a cookie.
The hotel lobby felt impersonal to me, even with the decor attempts such as colorful old rotary telephones. The floors of the hallways looked like linoleum, giving the space an institutional feel.

The breakfast was delicious and offered many choices. I noticed a very kind argentinian woman receiving the guests. I did see fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot food section. I also saw gluten-free options available.

The staff offered us free coffee each morning and affordable laundry. The location proved convenient with many restaurants nearby. The enclosed terrace provided beautiful views from the seventh floor. I found the hotel offered luggage storage with lockers at a reasonable price.
The room lacked a fridge, and the breakfast area felt quite small with limited dining time.

the room was SMALL. There was only 50 cm between the wall and the bed on both sides, not ideal. I also found no space for my shampoo in the shower.

the hotel's location near the train station was convenient. i found the staff helpful and they maintained a friendly attitude. the inclusion of complimentary beverages throughout the day was a nice addition.
my room felt quite small and lacked adequate space for luggage. soundproofing was an issue, as i could hear noise from outside. the elevators were sometimes slow, causing minor delays.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the free tea, coffee, and soft drinks available. It was nice to sit and relax while drinking them. The carrot cake you can buy in reception was delicious!
There was no means of storing any of our clothes in the room. There were no drawers or a wardrobe other than a shelf and a high hanger rail. The room was small so storage was an issue. The safe did not work.
