fantastic stay near old trafford

retail parkearly check-inlong flightabsent window

the hotel is located close to a retail park. it was easy to get food and basic amenities. the team worked hard to get me into my room early. i am grateful after coming off a long flight.

My room did not have a window that i could open. also, my room was beside a fire exit. Staff used it frequently. they were coming and going with rubbish and drink.

The hotel offered breakfast. the hotel provided a menu upon arrival. i could not choose from it the following mornings. i was told to use a steak knife to butter my toast.

the staff was very friendly and caring! when i asked for tea to take back to my room, i was given a paper cup. the staff told me they needed the regular cups for breakfast service.

I liked the hotel staff they were very supportive and offered to take our bags right to our upgraded room. my family enjoyed the breakfast. I was unwell so the hotel let me take it to my room. i appreciate their kindness and the convenient location near transportation.

the staff members were friendly and cute and the food at dinner was amazing especially the steak biryani. i would definitely recommend their steak biryani the location is great for the quays and the football stadium. easy walking distance

the room felt damp the AC did not dehumidify properly slug trails were on the carpet i found a slug climbing a wall the full english breakfast was very ordinary also the baked beans were cold the bed seemed smaller than a queen size i found it uncomfortable

The hotel is near a tram stop, a minute away. Car parking cost £4 daily, a good value. The room was modern and clean. Staff were very polite.

I was told to use a paper cup when i asked for tea to take to my room because the cups were needed for breakfast. I never heard this before in any hotel. The girl on reception tried to give me my drink in a paper cup again later.

the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! check-in and check-out were seamless, I appreciated that a lot. my room and bathroom were clean and spacious, everything I needed was there! being able to buy drinks at the bar and take them up to my room was great.

the wifi wasn't good, I found it a bit unreliable. it did impact the tv a little.

The hotel is a short walk from the Trafford Bar tram station. I found the staff to be friendly and obliging. The room I had was a great size as I was given an upgrade on arrival. Everything was clean.

The hotel had no notification of a road closure, which blocked access to the hotel parking.

Room 7 had recent decorations and included facilities for hot drinks. An iron and ironing board were also provided for guest use. Liquid soap and shampoos were available in the bathroom and plenty of super clean towels, new pillows and bedding were there.

The night Manager Shreehadi. His daytime colleague was also very helpful . The staff was caring and managed to arrange an early check-in to arrive at a nearby music festival on time.
