the hotel location was acceptable for tram access into manchester

the room felt damp the AC did not dehumidify properly slug trails were on the carpet i found a slug climbing a wall the full english breakfast was very ordinary also the baked beans were cold the bed seemed smaller than a queen size i found it uncomfortable

The hotel is near a tram stop, a minute away. Car parking cost £4 daily, a good value. The room was modern and clean. Staff were very polite.

I was told to use a paper cup when i asked for tea to take to my room because the cups were needed for breakfast. I never heard this before in any hotel. The girl on reception tried to give me my drink in a paper cup again later.

the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! check-in and check-out were seamless, I appreciated that a lot. my room and bathroom were clean and spacious, everything I needed was there! being able to buy drinks at the bar and take them up to my room was great.

the wifi wasn't good, I found it a bit unreliable. it did impact the tv a little.

I found no fridge. i anticipated one for storing perishable items. the absence was a minor setback! the restaurant didn't have clearly marked reception when i first arrived. the food was bad. breakfast was disgusting. The bacon was raw.

Comfortable Stay Near Trafford Bar

The hotel is a short walk from the Trafford Bar tram station. I found the staff to be friendly and obliging. The room I had was a great size as I was given an upgrade on arrival. Everything was clean.

The hotel had no notification of a road closure, which blocked access to the hotel parking.

The hotel is easily accessible and the location is convenient. Plenty of parking spaces were available who traveled by car, offering convenience and peace of mind and adding to the overall accessibility of the premises.

Room 7 had recent decorations and included facilities for hot drinks. An iron and ironing board were also provided for guest use. Liquid soap and shampoos were available in the bathroom and plenty of super clean towels, new pillows and bedding were there.

The night Manager Shreehadi. His daytime colleague was also very helpful . The staff was caring and managed to arrange an early check-in to arrive at a nearby music festival on time.
