the location IS great near the metro station. breakfast provided a good variety. rooms received daily cleaning, which i appreciate.

The staff were helpful. i received an upgrade to a premium room upon my arrival. the location provided easy access to the city center. i found the royal palace quite close, only about a five-minute walk.
the gym area can be a bit crowded during peak hours.

the staff was courteous and friendly. they seemed genuinely interested in our enjoyment. i will return every time. we loved it. the staff knew the city well.
the pool and sauna open at 10:00 am. this is not very convenient when breakfast closes at 11:00/11:30 am.

the hotel is near the plaza d'españa, centrally positioned about 15 minutes walk from plaza mayor. taxis are easy to get, heading down the grand via shopping street. it is a calm location overlooking the square.

Location was really Really good, especially because it was near to many attractions. Breakfast included many things and the food was very tasty. Staff at reception provided quick service. I enjoyed the clean room and the large windows.
