Fantastic location, superb service!
helpful staff free upgrade spacious room
i found the staff very helpful. christina on hotel reception GAVE us a map and talked us through must-see spots. i enjoyed a free room upgrade for my birthday, and they left treats in my room. the room was spacious and clean, with a great view.
the pool and sauna opens at 10:00 am. this is somewhat incompatible with breakfast closing soon after.

the hotel has a central location, yet it IS very calm overlooking the square. the hotel sits an easy walk to the sights. a metro station sits right outside the front door, this is very convenient.

i had a spacious room with good decor. the bathroom WAS super spacious also. the bed felt very comfortable. i found everything clean and well-kept, i did like the amenities.

great location good variety daily cleaning non-functional tv uncleaned room missing tea bags
the location IS great near the metro station. breakfast provided a good variety. rooms received daily cleaning, which i appreciate.
during my stay, the tv did NOT work. reception required three calls to address this. one day i returned to find the room uncleaned at 5 pm. NO tea bags arrived despite two requests.

amazing experience
respectful staff friendly staff city knowledge
the staff was courteous and friendly. they seemed genuinely interested in our enjoyment. i will return every time. we loved it. the staff knew the city well.
the pool and sauna open at 10:00 am. this is not very convenient when breakfast closes at 11:00/11:30 am.

the hotel is near the plaza d'españa, centrally positioned about 15 minutes walk from plaza mayor. taxis are easy to get, heading down the grand via shopping street. it is a calm location overlooking the square.

really good location tasty food quick service large windows
Location was really Really good, especially because it was near to many attractions. Breakfast included many things and the food was very tasty. Staff at reception provided quick service. I enjoyed the clean room and the large windows.
