excellent hotel in a prime location!
prime location subway station helpful staff breakfast options
The location was superb, steps from the gran via and a subway station was right outside. taxis were readily available. i walked to many places. the hotel was very clean. The room presented in great condition and was cleaned daily. breakfast included many choices. Staff always provided helpful service. i enjoyed relaxing in the lobby bar area. the room offered good comfort.
the lifts sometimes had delays. i had to wait a bit during peak hours.

excellent stay!
central location spacious room lovely staff
The location was central to many shops. the room was very spacious and had good air conditioning. lovely staff worked at the beach club reception. They were friendly and bubbly. the cocktails tasted great. i loved the sangria jugs.
i found the lifts somewhat problematic.

the staff helped organize tours at the front desk. they responded quickly when lift issues arose. i really appreciate their work and great attitude, very helpful.

The hotel is right in a central area. the location provided easy access to shops and restaurants. the hotel is close to the metro and great shopping. This made getting around the city so simple.
