The staff was very helpful with city information. I found the location excellent close to Atocha station. I appreciated the interior design of the hotel and rooms it was a plus for me.
I noticed some noise at night from the windows and I also felt that the walls were a bit thin. The shower water temperature was inconsistent and there was no iron in the room for clothing maintenance.

The breakfast buffet has an excellent variety with tempting choices available each morning and is a great way to start the day before exploring the city attractions nearby. The breakfast service operates with extended hours on weekends giving guests more flexibility. The dining area is spacious and well maintained.

the breakfast included various dishes. the breakfast location was on the seventh floor and had great views from the terrace, i saw both the indoor area and the outdoor seating option.
the toilet paper in the room felt very cheap to me. the beautiful room felt small, and i needed to walk sideways when my luggage was open.

i found the hotel located conveniently near the train station. the staff assisted me with train ticket bookings and taxi arrangements, proving very helpful given my limited spanish. i especially appreciated the attentive guest service and smooth check-in experience.
i noticed the corridor colors and room decor did not entirely align with my taste.
